What to look forward to in April

During the month of April, 3-6 will be doing a one week theme based on the spring early release day field trips for the next four weeks.

Week 1:

Movie Theme:  During Movie week students will make commercials, play movie trivia, make gourmet popcorn and participate in improvisational theater games!

Week 2:

Science:  During this week, students will participate in a variety of science experiments.  We will also be bringing back the very popular EGGBERT project.  Students will create a “safe home” for their egg and the have a chance to drop it from the balcony on the side of the school.  The goal of their “safe home” is to protect their egg from cracking!

Week 3:

Community Service:  During community service week, students will be participating in a variety of community services around the Heath community.

Week 4:

Sports:  During sports week, 3-6 will host a Field Day of different athletic events!  Also, students will participate in minute-to-win it events!
