We hope everyone had a wonderful April!
Just 34 more days of school left! We had fun learning about birds, ocean and desert animals. The children got very creative and made some wonderful crafts. Our class celebrated one of the children’s birthdays in April on the 11th with a birthday bash! The children had fun decorating a giant birthday card and decorating cupcakes! They also got to try some meringues as a special treat!

This month we will have fun with a camping theme and two weeks of Games! Games! Games! The children will experience what real camping is like from hanging out in a tent to making S’mores by the fire. During our Games theme the children will have the opportunity to create a themed board game of their own as well as a chance to play all their favorites. We will take part in our first ever field trip to the cinema on May 3rd to watch “The Pirates!” The children are so excited!

Extended Day Clubs are also back starting this week and the Kindergarteners will have a chance to participate in Lego Club on Tuesdays and Game Club on Fridays with Jared. There is no sign up for these clubs and the children may participate when they wish.
